To empower individuals through boxing and fitness, fostering personal growth, resilience, and a strong community. We provide accessible training, resources, and mentorship, inspiring individuals to reach their full potential and lead healthier, fulfilling lives.
OUR VENUE
5032 49TH AVE NW, CHETWYND, BC, V0C 1J0
Our 4,000 square foot venue currently features: a custom-built heavy bag rack by Peace Valley Industries, supporting 16 heavy bags, 4 double end bags, and additional utility exercises; a full-sized 22' boxing ring; and 800 square feet of roll-out mats. We've designed our space to accommodate a range of activities, from boxing sessions to plyometrics and other dynamic workouts. Our commitment to versatility extends beyond boxing to best support our community with diverse fitness offerings.
Our open floor plan allows ample room for various activities, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
